JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20334 of 2019 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20334 of 2019 in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Sikrahna, Dhaka.

Considering the grounds taken in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 from the date receipt/production of a copy of this order The order dated 12.04.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
