Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS P.S. Case No. 27/2022 arising out of Raxaul P.S Case No. 172/2022 registered for the offence under Section 20(b) (II)(b), 23/27 A of the NDPS Act.

The petitioner has been caught with 70 grams of smack which is an intermittent quantity and he is in custody since 07.04.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, East Champaran, Motihari in NDPS P.S. Case No. 27/22 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 172/2022.
