JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.03.2015 and admittedly, none has seen the petitioner committing the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Lakhisarai in connection with Medini Chowki P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014.
