1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 3(a), 14(1) of the Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986, Sections 75 and 79 of the J. J. Act and Section 143 of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that the shop of the petitioner namely, Parda House was raided from where a child labour was rescued, who disclosed his name as Karan Kumar and also disclosed that he has been employed by the petitioner on salary of Rs.3,000/-.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is next submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it would manifest that no document in support of the age of the victim was brought on record to establish that victim is a minor. It is also submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove her innocence.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No.251 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
