JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was caught at railway platform on the next day of the occurrence and looted mobile and cash have not been recovered from the his conscious possession rather it is said that identity card and some documents were recovered from his conscious possession. Pragraph-3 of the petition reveals that he is accused in only one case except the present one.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
