JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and as per prosecution case itself, it was elder brother-inlaw of the deceased who wanted to establish physical relationship with her. More over, in postmortem report no apparent injury was found on the person of the deceased. The cause of death of the deceased is due to C.R. failure.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
