JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is also involved in killing the son of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 2.2.2016. He is not named in the F.I.R. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. Except for confessional statement of the co-accused, there is no other material to implicate the petitioner in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
