The present application has been filed for transfer of original matrimonial suit No.288 of 2022, from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner resides within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court within her minor son and daughter and she is not able to pursue the case at Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for the Opposite party submits that the opposite party has no objection with the transfer of the case. 5.

Considering the arguments of the parties, I deem it fit to direct the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Patna High Court MJC No.2254 of 2024(4) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 Aurangabad to transfer the Matrimonial Case No.288 of 2022 to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, within a period of one month from today. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, is directed to send all the documents related to the Matrimonial Case No.288 of 2022 to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, who is obliged to decide the matter of the parties in the Court within a period of eight months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.
