The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.07.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of demanding extortion through mobile.

Statement has been made in para 14 of the petition that the alleged mobile has not been registered name of the name of the petitioner and without verification with regard to the call detail the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15010 of 2015 (02) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in 16 other cases, the learned court below will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
