The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, Excise Case No. 1150 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged Tempo from where the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered, as is evident from supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.58690 of 2021(4) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, Excise Case No. 1150 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
