The petitioner is accused of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 158/2014 instituted under the Arms Act.
The allegation is that on a search conducted on the person of the petitioner one pistol and live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 09.10.2014. He is an accused of another case under section 304/201 IPC.
Considering the period of incarceration, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10514 of 2015 (3) dt.18-05-2015 2 / 2 Jamui in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 158/2014 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. In case of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. Failure in appearance on two consecutive dates shall entail cancellation of his bail bonds.
