Grievance of the petitioner made orally is that payment of Rs.2,56,245/- made by Bank advice vide Annexure-R/2 dated 23.5.2013 has not been paid to the petitioner. The Bank advice, Annexure-R/2 indicates that it is an advice to the Bank to credit the amount in the account of the petitioner.
Even though the show cause has been filed on 2.2.2017, there is no rebuttal to the same by way of filing reply to the show cause. In case the amount, as indicated in Annexure-R/2 has not been credited to the account of the petitioner, the Railway Administration is directed to take necessary action for ensuring its deposit and credit in the account of the petitioner within a
Patna High Court MJC No.1198 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
