The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country made pistol, two Mobile Phones and one live cartridge have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner is accused in six other cases. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2019. He further submits that it will appear from prosecution that four cases have been lodged by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45227 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Police in the year 2019 itself. The Police remanded the petitioner in the instant case on account of such antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2019.
Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
