2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner deceitfully registered the land of one Shambhu Sharan Singh in favour of the informant after receiving full consideration amount from her but when the informant came to know about it and demanded her money back, they refused to pay the same and threatened to kill her if she asked for the money again.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is simply witness of the alleged sale deed and he has got no concern with the transaction. He is neither vendor nor the vendee and he has not received any money.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Chmaparan, Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj O.P.) P. S. Case No. 72 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
