The petitioners are in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner are in custody since 19.06.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 38 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing
