JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2018 The petitioner is seeking a direction for re-evaluation of his Chemistry paper of Intermediate Examination-2018, held by the Bihar School Examination Board, in which he has failed and only 'one' mark has been awarded in the theory paper of the said examination, after scrutiny.
Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Board, submits that upon due scrutiny of the petitioner's theory paper, the mark as given has been awarded to him.
There is no provision for re-evaluation of an answersheet. Based on pleadings on record no exceptional circumstance is made out for this Court to call for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16391 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 petitioner's answer-sheet of the said paper.
I do not find any merit in the present application, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
