Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is named in the first information report, but it is specific that fire of co-accused Manoj Sharma and Ganesh Sao hit the informant and fire of Lotha Gope hit the informant's daughter-in-law. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and it is only stated that he along with others uttered to kill the informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is
