Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and two others were caught while they were engaged in cutting electric wire but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co- accused Md. Akhter @ Md. Akhtar, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Paharkatta P.S.
