2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other three F.I.R. named accused persons and two unknown persons caught the informant and thereafter, brutally assaulted him by means of bamboo stick and punch. This petitioner is also alleged to have pressed the neck of informant with intention to kill him, whereas co-accused Anjar Ali put bamboo stick on the anus of informant, on account of which, blood started oozing out. As per injury report, informant sustained fracture injury.

4. Considering the allegation and the fact that informant sustained nose fracture, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
