One looted mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused Haresh Kumar Paswan having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 2600 of 2015.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
