The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar and it appears that except the confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. So far as recovery of stolen truck is concerned, the same has been recovered from godown of another accused on the basis of discloser made by co-accused Sonu Kumar. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.02.2016.
