The petitioner seeks bail in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted his father with lathi on his head and the father of the informant died on the spot.
It is submitted that the occurrence took place due to land dispute.
Since there is very specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted the father of the informant on his head causing his death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25544 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the same is rejected.
