The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were caught with stolen calves and she buffalo.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioner no. 1 is the driver whereas petitioner no. 2 is Khalasi of pick up van bearing No. UP 70 DT/5142 and, as a matter of fact one Kallu Khan got loaded the aforesaid calves on the vehicle of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16372 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 the petitioner for transporting the same to other place and the petitioners were not involved in stealing the aforesaid calves. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.
