After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous application with liberty to move regular bail before the court below.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the
