JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 It is stated that the petitioner has filed an application seeking release of the vehicle in the court below but the same is pending consideration for last one year by now. This Court, therefore, directs the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif to consider and dispose of the application seeking release of the vehicle within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The application is pending for last one year and the delay in disposal does not speak well about the progress in this case.

In case the order of this Court is not complied with the petitioner may bring the same to the notice of this Court.
