Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are apprehending that their experience certificate shall be rejected by the Bihar State University Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") on the ground that it does not contain the Memo Number but as per the terms and conditions of Advertisement, the certificates produced by the petitioners in their respective subjects have duly been counter-signed by the Registrar of the concerned University.

Learned counsel for the Commission submits that the writ petition has been filed on mere apprehension and the same is speculative. The process of scrutiny, based upon various parameters, is going on.

In view of the fact that the present writ application has been filed on mere apprehension having no cause of action, the writ application is rejected.
