The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 302, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Karmullah is alleged to have threatened the deceased to kill and marry with his wife Sahnaz Khatoon. The informant alleged that the accused persons killed the deceased. It is submitted that only suspicion is raised. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Co-accused Karmullah an jafir have already been enlarged on bail by order dated 06.05.2015 vide Criminal Misc. Nos. 3428 of 2015 and 4842 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24678 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 Karumullah, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S. Case no. 129 of 2014.
