Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 for the offence under sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the bais of confessional statement of co-accused Fulena Yadav. The coaccused Fulena Yadav has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 16664 of 2019 vide order dated 1.4.2019.

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

No.47838 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan, in connection with Siswan P.S.
