The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 723 of 2021 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021 registered under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from Do-Pulwa near Durga Mandir, as is evident from seizure list. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
