This is an application for modification of the order dated 14.07.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 699 of 2022 through which appellant, above named, has been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to modify condition no.(ii), as imposed in the order dated 14.07.2022, which reads as under:

"(ii) That one of the bailors shall be Mainejar Yadav, who is the son of the appellant and deponent of the present appeal."

Hence, condition no.(ii), as imposed in the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64090 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 order, be modified and same be read as:

"(ii) That one of the bailors shall be a relative of the appellant."

Accordingly, the present modification petition is allowed.
