Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that petitioners are father-inlaw, mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49219 of 2022(6) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 respectively. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased was also kidnapped and killed as alleged in Darunda P.S. Case No. 127 of 2022 (Annexure-II) in which the informant is also one of the co-accused. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj (M.H.
