1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 34134 of 2022 (Dhiraj Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Anr.), the opposite party no. 2 is paying the amount of maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that there was some delay but now even the arrear of Rs.1,54,000/- along with the dues of May, 2023 has also been paid. It is next submitted that the opposite party no. 2 shall continue paying the amount of maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner until the trial does not get concluded which

Learned counsel for the petitioner concurs with the submission of the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 that the arrear has been cleared and the maintenance amount of May, 2023 which was due has also been paid. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has withdrawn Maintenance Case No. 12 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger and has also withdrawn Complaint Case No. 676 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger which was filed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, very fairly submits that since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as such he is not pressing the present application, accordingly, the present application filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by order dated 26.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 34134 of 2022 is permitted to be withdrawn.
