JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.02.2015 on the accusation that he entered the house of informant and made attempt to outrage her modesty.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there was inimical term between the maternal-grand-father of the petitioner as well as informant and as a matter of fact, the maternal- grand-father of the petitioner filed C.R. No. 196 of 2015 against the informant and others and with intent to save skin, the informant brought this false case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25829 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S.Case No. 10 of 2015.
