Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section395 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-3/4 of Explosive Substances Act.
Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, one witness claimed to have heard the conversation of three persons who were naming themselves as Idrish, Ramchandra and Chhotu.
Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that except the aforesaid material as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of one case, there is nothing against him and moreover, co-accused Ramchandra Ram has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16057 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
