2. The present application has been filed seeking recall of order dated 18.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2412 of 2015 by which the same was dismissed due to non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the pleadings, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45228 of 2019 dt.20-12-2019 2/2 petitioner on 18.04.2019 due to which Cr. Misc. No. 2412 of 2015 stood dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 18.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2412 of 2015 stands recalled and the case is restored to its original file and number.

5. The application stands disposed off.
