The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, some dispute arose between informant's son, Sandeep Singh, and co-accused, Sonu Singh, on account of payment of arrears of amount, in which it is alleged that this petitioner and other accused persons made firing as a result of which two persons sustained fire arm

There is case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. In fact, Sandeep Kumar, who sustained injury, during the course of investigation, has stated that coaccuses, Sonu Kumar fired upon him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.07.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Neema Chandpura PS case No.68/2021.
