JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.04.2015 on the accusation that he was caught with forged documents. The impugned order does not reflect this fact as to whether any victim has made complaint against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.P.
