The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323/498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sessions Case No.48/2016, arising out of Gogri P.S. Case No.270/2015, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly, the application for bail on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.
