The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 01/2016 registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the uncle of the main co-accused Gajendra Thakur with whom the daughter of the informant solemnized her marriage with her own will and the petitioner is living separately since long and petitioner has nothing to do with the affairs of the co-accused Gajendra Thakur and his family.
