The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 498A, 34 of the IPC. 3.
Vide order dated 16.10.2023, the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre. The mediation was conducted and a report sent by the learned Mediator is enclosed at Flag 'M', whereby it is informed that the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation and the mediation failed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50596 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 has been falsely implicated in this case due to grudge. The allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner is frivolous and concocted. He has never made any dowry demand nor has assaulted his wife. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and he is ready to keep his wife with all respect and in accordance with his status. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, et the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.271 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
