The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No.980 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)A/26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that specific allegation is against co-accused Ajay Rai. There is a case and counter case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be
