JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Neemachanpura P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 06.02.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I. Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 06.02.2019 on remand, but he has not been put on T.I.P., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46537 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Neemachanpura P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018.
