2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Baligaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(1b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, on secret information, the police raided the place of occurrence and arrested three persons including the petitioner and from their possession, country-made pistol, mobile and cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Sujata Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
