JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 31.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/382 of the Indian Penal Code. The jewellary was stolen from the shop of the informant leading to registration of the present case against unknown. The name of the petitioners sprang up during investigation on confession of the co-accused Gopi Kumar

T.V footage also suggests the presence of five persons including the petitioners on the place of occurrence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no recovery from the petitioners and after institution of the present case the petitioners have been remanded in three other cases.

Considering the period under custody and the investigation being concluded, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha(Pathkhauli) P.S.
