Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer no.1 of this writ petition, in which he has made a prayer for setting aside the order dated 26.05.2014 passed in Case No.08 of 2014, but he has confined his prayer to direct the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as it has remained pending for a long period.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection if
Patna High Court CWJC No.21275 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 this Court gives direction to the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, to dispose of the appeal, which is pending before him. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.39 of 2015 filed by the petitioner after giving notice and hearing to all the parties concerned.
