The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mainatand P. S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered under Sections 188, 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Keeping in mind the allegations made in the FIR and the antecedent of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected.
