JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2020. Vide order dated 03.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has not been framed as yet.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019. In para 3 of the petition, it is stated that petitioner is accused in nine more cases and in all those cases he is on bail. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial,
