JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, the victim has already returned to his home. No doubt, the victim has made statement against these petitioners but from perusal of the first information report itself, it is apparent that there was previous enmity between the parties and moreover, the victim admitted in his statement that he was dropped by co-accused near the court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13569 of 2015 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 258 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi.
