Petitioner seeks bail in Mansoorchak P.S.Case No. 93 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner took away a informant's minor girl and threw her on the ground. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. The occurrence took place on 16.09.2020 but the F.I.R was lodged on 06.10.2020 after delay and deliberation. Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2021. Investigation has been completed.
