The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 IPC.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter Nandini Kumari. She was examined under section 164 CR.P.C. and disclosed that the petitioner kidnapped her but did not ill-behave. She returned her home on 2.7.2012. The petitioner is in jail since 10.7.2012 and as such, he has remained in jail for about three years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Lakhisarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No.583 of 2013 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.234 of 2012.
